A two-minute daily practice
Write down one thing you want. Rehearsal turns it into a two-minute story of the day it came true — first person, present tense, read aloud — and then asks for one step you can take today. A focus tool, not a promise. Nothing you type leaves your phone.

The step, seven days
The free stories are assembled on your phone from what you wrote. AI-written ones are composed fresh each day from your exact words by Claude, through a small server that keeps no copy. They need an unlock code.
Rehearsal does not claim that picturing something makes it arrive. It gives you a vivid, first-person picture of the outcome and then asks for one concrete step — because that pairing is what the research on mental contrasting and implementation intentions found to be useful, and the picture on its own was not.
It is not therapy, not medical or financial advice, and not a substitute for either. If what you are working toward involves money, health or another person, the step matters more than the story.
Everything you type stays in this browser on this phone. The free stories are assembled on the device. If you unlock AI-written stories, your wish, why, step and first name are sent to a small server that forwards them to Claude and returns the story; the server keeps no copy and there is no account.
